Last week Supremecrete decorative concrete crew took on an exposed aggregate gone wrong to makeover a residential patio . The exposed aggregate was poorly applied by the contractor and the home owner wanted something that looked nicer. Supremecrete applied a Graniflex system with a Pumice chip color and a 24″ tile design. In the photos you can just barely see the grout lines of the 24″ tile which are nearly the same color as the tiles themselves. Graniflex provides a surface stronger than the original concrete itself using a polyaspartic top coat which is extremely tough and durable. In the end Supremecrete delivered a durable coating with a nice color to make another happy customer.
When someone has troubled cement, either old or poorly applied, many assume the only course of action is tearing out and repouring the cement. This operation will take a lot of time, and create quite a mess for a long period of time. Graniflex is a second option. With the Graniflex system we can apply a tougher coating than the existing cement, or new cement, for nearly the same price, in half the time, with no mess, and deliver a more beautiful final product.
